One to One Grief Recovery 7 Step Programme

As a grief coach, I offer a structured 7-session programme in a confidential, peaceful setting, recognising that grief is a unique journey for each individual. My approach combines warm, compassionate guidance with a commitment to helping you process your grief effectively and live a fulfilling life beyond loss.

Through our work together, I aim to empower you to feel lighter and more complete, providing supportive presence as you navigate your grief at your own pace. These sessions are designed to give you the tools to enable you to take positive action towards recovery, building a foundation for healing that extends beyond our time together.

Commitment and participation in all sessions is crucial for optimal results, ensuring you complete the necessary steps to process your grief and find a path forward while honouring your emotions and experiences. You will complete the programme with a true sense of feeling heard, have your emotions validated, and an increased emotional resilience to carry forward.

What to Expect From a Session

The Grief Recovery Method is an evidence-based action plan. Session content is bespoke to every individual and includes:

  • Teaching information about grief, coping mechanisms, and processing grief effectively
  • Identifying unhelpful patterns and myths surrounding the grieving process
  • Examining ways in which our understanding of grief has developed throughout our lives
  • Providing action-oriented tasks to help you let go of the pain caused by loss

Group sessions can be considered depending on the demand and personal preferences.
